Postpartum Support

During pregnancy, a lot of time is focused on taking care of yourself and getting ready for birth.  It can be really hard to imagine what life with a newborn will look like or what you will need after giving birth.

Postpartum care for those early weeks & months after birth is completely individualized to your needs.

Support can include, but is not limited to:  Breastfeeding support, nutrition counseling, support with older children, time to process your birth experience, caring for the baby to give you time for self-care.  Screening for postpartum mood disorders.  Resources and referrals.

For babies it can include, but is not limited to:  Breastfeeding, in-home weight checks, help learning your babies cues, help caring for your baby in areas like sleep, soothing, colic, diapering, & bathing.

You will receive support, time, and space to talk about your concerns and struggles while also celebrating and acknowledging this precious new life and person.
